Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs.4000/- (not refundable) during any working day as per following terms and conditions: -i. Bidding documents shall be issued to the Govt. Contractors/Firms in person on production oforiginal CNIC, Registration with PEC and renewal fee receipt 2023-24.ii. Contractors/Firms should provide 5% bid security as mentioned above in shape of CDR, PayOrder, Demand Draft, or Call deposit in the name of Chief Conservator of Forests GB from anyScheduled Bank of Pakistan.iii. Bid security (CDRs, Pay Orders, Call deposits etc) shall be verified from the relevant bank. In caseof any fraud or fake document, the Bidder shall be black listed straightaway.iv. Bidding documents shall not be issued to the firms who have delayed already awarded projectsby any department of GB Government or who have black listed from any Governmentinstitution or semi Govt. institution.v. Conditional bids shall not be accepted.vi. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage-One Envelope procedures as specified in thePublic Procurement Rules (GB PPRA 2022).vii.
