NTRODUCTION:

Terms and Conditions:
Quality of sports items must be good as these items are distributed in Government schools. Sample items
will be returned after completion of vendor selection process.
Validity of Quotation:
Rates of items must remain valid till December 31, 2024. This is a Request for Quotations only. Issuance of
this RFQ does not in any way obligate Right To Play to make an award or pay for costs incurred in the
preparation and submission of an offer.
Tax and Payment:
- Quoted prices must be inclusive of delivery charges and all applicable taxes. Delivery of order will be
required at Right To Play Karachi Office.
- NTN and STRN must be mentioned on the quotation.
- Payment will be made to the selected vendor within 15 days after successful delivery of all items and
receiving the invoice and delivery chalan.
Instruction for Quotation:
Sealed Quotation must be duly signed, stamped, dated and delivered to Right To Play Office Address along
with sample of sports items and mentioning the name of vendor on sample:
