On behalf of the Centre for Peace and Development Initiatives (CPDI) Pakistan, you are
requested to provide the Sealed Quotation for the supply of the following items on or before
December 4, 2024 from the date of receipt of this request.

Date of delivery & installation: December 19-20, 2024
Venue of delivery: Student Society Centre, Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur, Sindh.
Submission Requirements:
Interested vendors are requested to submit their bids including:
• Detailed cost breakdown for each item.
• Company profile.
• Tax registration certificate (if any).
• Delivery and installation cost (if applicable).
• The supplier will be selected through a competitive bid process.
• Quotations through email will not be accepted.
• All government applicable taxes will be deducted from the payment, kindly mention the
GST(If applicable)separately in the quotation.
• The quotation must be provided with the complete required specification.
• The quotation shall be valid for 30 working days after receipt.
Note: CPDI will initially release the base payment of goods after satisfactory delivery and will
withhold the GST amount(if applicable) till the receipt of tax exemption certificate to be received
from the tax authorities. The remaining amount of invoice (GST amount) will be settled in case
the GST Exemption Certificate is not received in the stipulated time period-. The tentative time
for the said exemption process will take up to 90 days.

Evaluation Criteria:
Bids will be evaluated based on cost, quality, compliance with specifications, and vendor
experience. CPDI reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
