TENDER NOTICE
The tenders for the following schemes are invited from Engineering firms/contractors, as per
PPRA E-Tendering System. All the firms/contractors can participate in tendering process
following terms and conditions:-
The intending ContractorsFirms who have been registered with Pakistan Engineering Council
in the relevant category/codes may participate.
The Contractors/Firms has to be registered on Puniab PPRA website
(www.puniab.eprocure.qov.pk). Any information/ procedure regarding registration can be
seen/obtained from website ppra.punjab.gov.pkJe-procurement,
All intending contractor / firms have to upload the earnest money in the form of CDR in favour of
Executive Engineer, Highway Division, Sheikhupura@ 2% of the estimated cost and submit bids
on the same website upto half hour before the opening date and time of opening of tender.
However, original CDR has to be submitted to the tender opening committee on the same day,
half hour before the opening of bids othenvise the firm / Contractor will be disqualified in
presence of Tender Opening Committee.
After filling the bids on website, contractors may attend the office of Commissioner, Lahore
Division Lahore on
09/10/2024 at 11:30AM, where all bids will be retrieved and quoted
rates/successful bidder will be announced in the presence of Tender Opening Committee.
In case of submission of any fake information/document such as CDR/receipt, the
ContractorlFirm will be disqualified from the current tendering procedure and will be black listed
to participate in any tendering process of C&W Depprtment. Further recommendation to PPRA
and PEC will also be made against such firm/contractoi for appropriate action/ black listing.
The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to acceptance of a Bid or
proposals under PPRA Rule-35 (Rejection oflBigsj.
Rigid Pavement shall be laid by using copCretébatching plant and concrete paving machine,
TST/DST/Surfacing shall be executeoymechanized system.
Recovery against credit of old material wilkbe adjusted manually and accordingly bids will be evaluated.
