TENDER NOTICE
The tenders for the following schemes are invited from Engineering firms I contractors, as per PPRA E-
Tendering System. All the firms I contractors can participate in tendering process with following terms and
conditions: -

The intending Contractors/Firms who have been registered with Pakistan Engineering Council
in the relevant category 'codes may participate.
The Contractors/ have to be registered on Punjab ppra website
(www.punian.eprocure.qov.pkl. Any information/ procedure regarding registration can be
seen/ obtained from website (ppra.punjab.gov.pkde-pocurement),
All intending contractors I firms have to upload the earnest money in the form of CDR in favour ofa
the Executive Engineer Highway Division Sialkot @2% of the estimated cost and submit bids on
the same website upto half hour before the opening date and time of opening of tender. However.
original CDR has to be submitted to the tender opening committee on the same day, half hour
before opening of bids oterwise, the firm/contractor will be disqualified in presence of tender
opening committee.
After filling the bids on website, contractors may attend the office of Superintending Engineer,
Highways Circlet Gujranwala on 14/10/2024 at 2:30 PM, where all bids will be retrieved and quoted
rate succeseful bidder will be announced in the presence of Tender Opening Committee.
In case of submission of any fake informaticn/document such as CDR/ receipt, the Contractor/ Firm
will be disqualified from the current tendering procedure and will be black listed to participate in
any tendering process of C&W Department. Further recommendation to PPRA and PEC will also
be made against such firm/ contractor for appropriate actiord black listing.
The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to acceptance of a Bid or
proposals under PPRA Rule-35 (Rejection of Bids).
Rigid Pavement shall only be laid by using concrete batching plant and concrete paving machine.
TST/DST/Surfacing shall be executed by mechanized system.
Recovery against credit of old material Wills be adjusted manually and accordingly bids will be
