The Financial bidding will be through E-bidding System. Tender form and BOQ can be filled and downloaded
from official website of LG&RDD (www.lgkp.gov.pk) after one day of Publishing of NIT. The last date and
time of submission of electronic tender from is 1 4th October, 2024 at 11 AM while the date and time of
opening of electronic bids is 14th October, 2024at01 PM.
The contractors quoting their bids up to a limit of 10% below Engineer estimate shall submit bid security@2%
only of Engineer Estimate in the shape of original call deposits for the shcemes in the name of Assistant
Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department, Tehsil Mathra, submit hard copy of the
same printed electron'c bid from to the Office of the Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural

The eligible contractors / firms must have;
a, Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), codes EE04 & EE05.

Inspectorate of Electricity, Energy & Power Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa License in Category "C"
The contractors quoting their bids more than 10% ow up to 20% below on Engineers' Estimate shall
submit along with their bids 8% Additional Sécurity of Engineer's EstiTategcost in addition to 2% bid
security, If the bid is not accompanied with the required amount o

second lowest bidder and so on will be considered accordingly.

Any electronic bldder who provides false, or materially inaccurate or incomplete or do not send information in
hard form willbedisqualified as per KPPRAAct Section 29 (1) read with KPPRA Rule (43). Furthermore, the
Procuring Entity/Executing Agency will recommend and sent cases for debarring/BIacklisting and will initiate
/take action in light of approved procedure I mechanism as per KPPRAAct section 29 (2) read with KPPRA
Rule (44),
Bids will remain valid for 180 days from the closing date of bids.
The firms/contractors who wants to participate in tendering process may approach Directorate General
LG&RDD Peshawar within two days before closing time of electronic apply for uploading their names on the
official website i.e. (vovw.lgkp.gov.pk)
All bidders are required to be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) under the
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act 2013.
The PEC and KPRA registration (Active Tax Payer) must be valid for cu Financial Year and attached with
the Electronic Bids.
Any addition made in the terms & conditions in NIT advertised shall be implemented as per KPPRAAct &
Rules.
