WEXNET EXHIBITION (29TH NOVEMBER - 1ST DECEMBER, 2024)

Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (T DAP), invites sealed bids from Exhibition Management firms
registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal
Board of Revenue and qualified in all respects, for performanEsecurity for 18th OIC Trade Fair and 1 2th
WEXNET 2024 (29th Nov - 1st Dec, 2024) at Lahore Expo Centre.
2. Bidding documents which are containing detailed errps and conditions, method of procurement,
procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validi
pening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification /
rejection of bids, performance guarantee e
n be downloaded from EPADS portal
(https://eprocure.gov.pk). The interested firms may Submit the documents with a non-refundable tender
document fee of PKR. 5,000/- in shape of pay orderbdemand draft in name of "TDAP Karachi" (in case of
online submission the firm shall pay the tenderdoeument fee at the time of submission of bid).
3. Single Stage —Two Envelope Bidding Proce re will be followed for open competitive bidding. Interested
bidders shall submit their sealed proposal
ids comprising single package containing two separate sealed
envelopes i.e. Technical and Financial P @sal which will be clearly mentioned in bold and legible letters
on respective envelopes to avoid a confusion. The original sealed Technical Proposal shall be
accompanied by a bid security amountin to Rs. with a minimum validity of 60 days from the

5. Trade Developmen Authority of Pakistan reserves the right to reject any or all bids, alter or modify
the scope of work/BoQs and to annul the bidding process at any time in accordance with Public
Procurement Rules without assigning any reason.
