TENDER NOTICE
The tenders for the following schemes are invited from Engineenng firms /
contractors on the item rates basis, as per PPRA E-Tendering System, inline with relevant PPRA
Rules (Amended up to date). According to these Rules, all the firms/contractors can participate in
tendering process with following terms and conditions:-

The intending Contractors Firms who have been registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for
the year 2024-2025 in the relevant category codes may participate.
The contractors / firms has to be registered on
Puniab PPRA Website
(www.punjab.eprocure.qov.pki. Any information / procedure regarding registration can be seen
obtained from website ppra.punjab.gov.pk/e-procurement.
All intending contractors/ firms have to upload the earnest money in the form of CDR Payment Order
/ Bank Cashier Cheque Draft of the schedule bank of Pakistan in favour of the Executive Engineer
Highway Division Muzaffargarh @ 2% of the estimated cost and fill rates against items of work on
the sarne website upto half hour before the opening date and time of opening of tender. However,
original CDR I Payment Order / Bank Cashier Cheque / Draft has to be submitted to the tender
opening committee on the same day, half hour before the opening of bids otherwise, the firm
contractor will be disqualified in presence of tender opening committee.
