The eligible contractors/firms must have;
Pakistan Engineering Council codes EE04 & EE
Inspectorate of Electricity. Energy & Power Deparment Khyber Pakhtunkhwa License in Category •e or 'E'
The contractors quotng their bids more than 10% below 20% below on Engineers' Estimate shall submit along
With their bids 8% Additional Security of Engineer's Estimated cost in addition to 2% bid security, It the bid is not
accompanied with the required amount of additional securny, then it will be considered as non•responsive and the 2%
bid secunty shall be forfeited in tavor of Gove rat and the second lowe st bidder and so on will be considered
accordingly,
Smilariy, a contractor. quoting bid more than below shall submit with his bid an additional security on Engineers
Estimated cost equal to diffial amount•ot summitted bid and EngineerS Estimate along with detailed rate
analysis. In case of more than 20% below bids, if the bid is not accompanied by the detailed rate analysis and oc
requited amount of additional security, then said bid shall be considered as nan-responsive, All the securities submitted
along With such non-responsive bid Shan forfeited in favor of Government and the 2$ bwest bidder and so on will
be considered accordingly,

Procuring Entity may declare

will be disqualified as per KPPRA Act Section 29 (1) read with KPPRA Rule (43}. Furthermore. the Procuring
EntityjExecuting Agency will recommend and sent cases for debarring/BIackIisting and will initiate I take actcn in light
of approved procedure mechanism as per KPPRA Act section 29 (2) read with KPPRA Rule (44),
Bids will rernain valid for 180 days from the closing date of bids.
