work trom the firms," contractors must registered on EPAD as per Govt. directions, for the finanaal yea
2024-25.
The interested bidders j" contractors firms obtained the public Tender notice through EPAD and uploaded
their rates / Tender through E-PAD, Manual rates is not acceptable at any cost,
If the interested bidder / contractor intends to obtain the bidding documents from the office of Municipal
Officer {Intrastructure) he will pay@2000/- for each bid, whereas, bidder / contractor is at liheny to Obtain
the bid free 01 cost through E-PAO system, launched by the Government Of the Punjab for facilitation Of
the bidders / contractors.
The bidding documents will be uploaded electronically 07/10/2024 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on same
day 07/10/2024 at 11:30 AM in the Iqbal Hall MCF office in presence of the Tender opening committee and
contractors or their representative, who may care to be present at the opening date and time.
There must be no cutting / amendment in Tender / Bidding lorms. No telegraphic/ conditional Tender and
without earnest money will be entertained.

(Infrastructure} on any working day during office hour-
