The bidding is open to all eligible bidders i.e. construction companies duly licensed and
renewed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for year 2024-25 in above
mentioned Financial and Technical Categories. The bids are being invited on "Single
Stage One Envelope" tendering procedure as per PPRA rules on item rate basis, criteria for
evaluation is provided in the bidding documents. A complete set of bidding documents for
each work may be purchased by eligible bidders on submission of a written application to
the Deputy Manager Civil GSC LESCO 132 KV Grid Station Old Kot Lakhpat Lahore on
payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) till
10-10-2024.
All the bids must be accompanied by a bid sec • in an acceptable form as mentioned
in the bidding document in favor of Deputy IManager Civil GSC LESCO 132 KV Grid
Station Old Kot Lakhpat, Lahore must bédelivered to this office at or before 11 AM,
11-10-2024. Bids will be opened avjl.•ao AM on the same day, in the presence of
bidder's representative who choosetO attend at the same address. Bids received after the
designated time shall not be ente •ned.
NOTE
1. Single Stage One ndering procedure with "least cost method" will be
adopted. Financial bids of only responsive bidders will be entertained.

3. The bidding (foCuments available at LESCO website are for reading 'study purpose and
cannot be used for bidding purpose and tenders purchased from this office will be
entertained only.
4. Original Bid Security as per mentioned amount in bidding document for work will be
attached with bid otherwise the same will not entertained..
5.10% performance security as per letter of acceptance will be deposited by successful
bidder within 28 days in shape of bank guarantee / pay order / CDR othenvise his
deposited bid security will be forfeited and work will be awarded to next lowest bidder.
Insurance guarantee will not be accepted as performance guarantee.
