The bidder can be dismissed at any time during the financial year and re-advertised if the bidder
does not follow the criteria of supply of items or any other misconduct.
The bidder shall indicate on the price schedule of the unit prices and total bid price of goods.
The price of each item/part should be filled carefully overwriting of any account is not
acceptable.
In case of delay of financial payments the contractor will not stop the supply of required items.
The rate of items/parts should be realistic. unrealistics rate will be treated cancelled.
