District Council Sialkot Tender Notice for Construction,Civil Works,Repair and Maintenance,Reconstruction,Roads Construction And Reparing ****** Result for Image/Page 1 ****** OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT COUNCIL SIALKOT TENDER NOTICE District Council Sialkot invites sealed bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) (https://eprocure.gov.pk/) from contractors who have got their names enlisted / renewed for the cu financial year i.e. 2024-25. The bidding shall be conducted with procedure of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of required amount in the form of CDRs from any schedule bank in Punjab in favor of District Council Sialkot. Separate biding documents containing detailed terms & conditions of the bidding process of respective activity can be downloaded from free of cost or the bidder can receive hard form from the office of District Officer (I&S) Branch with applicable fee. The bids prepared in accordance with the instructions mentioned in the respective procurement activity's bidding document must be submitted through EPADS on closing date i.e. 15-10-2024 till 12:30 PM for respective procurement activity mentioned above. The bids will be opened on same day at 01 PM of bidder's representatives who shall choose to attend the bids opening session to be held in the office of District Council Sialkot. In case the lowest bidder whose bid will be more than 5% below of DNIT of the work, the lowest bidder will be bound to deposit the difference between the bid and estimated cost as per rate quoted by the bidder as quality insurance security in shape of call deposit or bank Guarantee from any schedule bank within 15 nned copy of bid security (5% of days.
