INVITATION TO BID
1. The Common Management Unit (CMU) forthe Global Fund (GFATM) grants invites sealed
bids for the Hiring of Implementing Partner (IP) for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Merged
Areas (erstwhile: FATA) for Insecticide Treated Nets (ITNs) Mass Distribution
Campaign 2024 under the Global Fund Malaria Grant, under procurement reference
Number:CMU1063/2024.
2. Bidding shall be conducted under National Competitive Bidding through Single Stage-
Two Envelope Procedure detailed in the Public Procurement Rules (PPRA Rules) 2004
(as amended) and the GFATM-approved CMU Procurement Manual.
3. Eligible originallcompany authorized Service providers NGOs/lNGOs who have legal
registration status in Pakistan and experience in Public Health, registered with Income Tax
and Sales Tax Departments and are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of
Revenue (FBR) may collect / download bidding documents from
www.cmu.gov.pWtenders/ or collect the bidding documents in English, at free of cost,
from the office of the undersigned during office working hours up to Wednesday,
September 25, 2024 (close of business). Tle Bidding Documents can also be secured
through sending email at [email protected] starting from Wednesday,
September II , 2024.
4. There shall be a pre-bid meeting e office of the undersigned on Wednesday,
September 18, 2024 at 11 :00AMCWritten questions and inquiries about the bids from
potential bidders shall be emailed2fo [email protected] not later than five (05)
days prior to the deadlinefor submission.
5. The bid must be accompåp ed with a refundable Bid Security or Eamest money of
Pakistan Rupees Twenty One Lakh and Thirty Seven Thousand only (PKR
in the shapeofBank mand Draft, Call Deposit ReceiptorBankGuaranteeinthe nameof
Directorate of Mala a Control (DoMC). The original Bid Security shall be attached with
the bid.
6. Submission of bids through EPADS system of PPRA is mandatory
(https://eprocure.gov.pk)
7. The sealed bids shall reach to the office of undersigned through registered Mail Services,
Courier Services or by hand submission on or before Friday, September 27, 2024 at
II :OOAM. Late bids shall be rejected. The bids shall be opened publicly on the same day by
the Procurement committee in the presence of representatives of the bidders who choose
to attend at 11 AM at the office of the undersigned.
