per PPRA E-Tendering System. inline with relevant PPRA Rules (amended up to date). According to these
Rules. all the firms/contractors can participate in tendering process with following terms and conditions.'-
The intending Contractors/Firms who are registered with Pakistan
Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes valid for F.Y 2024-25
can participate in E-Tendering regarding through Punjab PPRA Website.

All intending contractors / firms have to upload the earnest money in the form
of CDR in favour of the Executive Engineer Sargodha Division LJC Sargodha
@4% of the estimated/ bid cost and fill rates against items of work on the
same website upto one hour befOre the opening date and time of opening of
tender. However, original CDR has to be submitted to the tender opening
committee on the same day. one hour before the opening of bids otherwise,
the firm / contractor will be disqualified in presence of tender opening
committee.
After filling the bids on website, contractors may attend the office of
Sargodha Division I-JC Sargodha on 24/09/2024 at 02:30 PM, where all bids
will be retrieved and quoted rates/successfUl bidder will be announced in the
presence of Tender Opening Committee.
In case of submission of any fake information / document such as
CDR/receipt, the Contractor/Firm will be disqualified from the cu
tendering procedure and will be black listed to participate in any tendering
process of C&W Department. Further recommendation to PPRA and PEC
will also be made against such firm/contractor for appropriate action/ black
listing,
The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposal at any time prior to
acceptance of a Bid or proposals under PPRA Rule-35 (Rejection of Bids).
Conditional / Incomplete tenders will be rejected.
No tender will be issued on the date of openirpg of tenders.
Other detail and drawings of the works can be seen in the office of the
undersigned on any working day.
According to contract documents clause 26(A) and Finance Department
Notification vide NO-RO(TECH) FD 1-3<017 dated 16th November 2022, in
case the total tendered amount is equal to or less than 5% of the approved
estimate (DNIT) amount of contrastü@l works / civil works, as mentioned in
above notification, the lowest 'ddei will have to deposit quality assurance
security within 15 day from issu
of notice from the scheduled Bank equal
to the amount of difference tween approve DNIT amount and the quoted
bid amount of contractual vro"Rs / civil works.
In case of any dispute regarding these tenders or execution of work, the case
will be referred to Suberintending Engineer Lower Jhelum Canal Circle,
Sargodha whose decisiph will be final and binding on the contractors,
All instruction is ued by the Finance Department and the Irrigation
Department shall be applicable.
The payment,WiIi be made to Contractors after clearance of work and to the
entire satisfgction/ verification by the Consultant.
