1. The Capital Development Authority invites bids, from firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council
having valid Registration Certificate in Category C-1 or above with project code CE-01, CE-10, BC-01 & EE-04, who
can prove their eligibility and qualification as mentioned in the Bidding Documents for the following project

Security on E-PADS. 4. Project related informationmay be sought from the office of Dy. Director Metro Bus Infrastructure located in Block
IV CDA Secretariat G-7/4.{Slamabad 5. The prospective bidders are required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at hitp://eprocure.gov.pk and as
per instructions contained in Bidding Data IB- 20.1 of NIT (Bidding Documents) before 27.09.2024 at 11:30 AM. 6. The Technical Bids will be opened by using EPAD publicly on the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the
procurement committee & Bidders&rsquo authorized Representatives who choose to attend the opening session to be
held at the office of Director P&C-1, Room No 29, Block II, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad Deputy Director-ll P&CA-I, CDA PID()No.1810/24
