regarding 'Provision of Patient Shifting Lifts for Field Hospitals under the administrativecontrol

Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure,

as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules. 2014. The envelopes shall be marked as
