TENDER NOTICE
FOR PROCUREMENT OF DIGITAL CAMERA,
DRONE CAMERA AND LAPTOP FOR PROGRAMME
The Government of Pakistan had received financing from the International Fund for
Agricultural Development (l FAD) towards the cost of the Economic Transformation Initiative
(ETI-GB) and intends to procure a Digital Camera, Drone Camera & Laptop.
The use of any IFAD financing shall be subject to IFAD's approval, according to the
terms and conditions of the financing agreement, as well as IFADs rules, policies, and
procedures. IFAD and its officials, agents, and employees shall be held harmless from and
against all suits, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, and liability of any kind or nature
brought by any party in connection with ETI-GB.

the authorized distributors/dealers/partners for the Procurement of Digital Camera,

Interested authorized distributors/dealers/partners are requested to obtain the bidding
document/RFQ free of cost from the office of the undersigned within working days
from the date of appearance of the advertisement on the GBPPRA and ETI websites
during office hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm). The online bidding document/RFQ will be
emailed upon receipt of the request from each competing company. The email ID for
correspondence is [email protected]
Bids received after due time and date shall summarily be rejected.
The bids prepared per the instructions given in the bidding documents/RFQ must
be delivered to the undersigne4 by 11 AM on or before September 25, 2024.
Quotations will be opened påblicly on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 11 :30 AM
in the Committee Room of FTI-GB Office Gilgit in presence of firms or their authorized
representatives who to attend.
In case the last date of(kld submission falls in/within the official/local holidays/weekends
of the Purchaser, t
I st date for submission of the bids shall be the next working day.
All bids must b&eompanied by a Bid Security of a minimum 3% (refundable) of the
bid price in thtform of a Bank Draft issued by a scheduled Bank in favor of ETI-GB-
PCU must b Sattached with the bid document.
A firm will be selected in accordance with the RFQ set out in GBPPRA/lFAD's
Project Procurement Handbook that can be accessed via the websites of GBPPRA
(www.gbppra.gov.pk) and IFAD www.ifad.org/project-procurement.
