INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)
Dow University of Health Sciences (DIJHS), Karachi, invites e-bids through
E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) on CFR/CPT/C&F or DDP
Basis (Excluding GST) from the Manufacturers or authorized Agents/Distributors
of Manufacturers available on the 'List of Active Taxpayers' of FBR/SRB (whichever
is applicable) for the PROCUREMENT OF LABORATORY EQUIPMENT/
INSTRUMENTS under the ADP Scheme Establishment of Bio Safety Lab.
(BSL-III) at Sindh Infectious Diseases Control Hospital & Research Centre
at Karachi as per Rule 46(2) of SPP Rules 2010 "Single Stage-Two Envelope
Procedure". Bidding Documents containing detailed Ternns and Conditions can
be viewed/downloaded from https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/
Electronic Bids should be submitted through EPADS only. Manual bids shall not
be received. Interested bidders are required to register themselves on the EPAD
System at the link https:/fsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration for
submission of electronic bids.
The bids, prepared in accordance with thginstructions given in the bidding documents,
must be submitted on EPADS by 28 September 2024 at 1200 Hrs. The original
instrument of tender fee Rs. and bid security @two percent
(2%) of the total bid value along With a hard copy of the technical and financial bid
must reach the procuring a ey'before the deadline for submission of e-bids,
which will be opened on the
e day at •1200 Hrs. at the Sindh Infectious Disease
Hospital & Research Administration Block, Meeting Hall, at Plot No.
ST- 08, Block No- 10, Gy!? an-e-lqbal, Near NIPA Chowrangi, Karachi. In case
