E-TENDERING NOTICE
Communication & Works Department, 2nd Buildings Division, Lahore intends to invite the bids for
following schemes through E-Tendering Vida Notification dated
26.05.2023
Tenders based on item rates percentage / above or below on approved ONIT are hereby
invited, for the works mentioned below from the contractors / firms enlisted / renewed with PEC for the
curent financial year in the relevant category and specialization code. The contractor shall produce the
original PEC License having mentioned the requisite relevant specialization codes. The contractor not
having the relevant specialization code will not be entertained into further process.
The procurement is to be out through EPADS (E-Pak Acqulsjtlon and Disposal

System) https:/loprocure.qov.pk website of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA)
developed by PITB only. All interested applicants constructors are requited to register cn EPADS to
become eligible for participation. Tender notice / tender document containing detailed requirements terms
and are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at and
Punjab Procuiement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) The tender
documents comprising the DNIT. must be submitted on EPADS as per the date and time mentioned
below, Manual Bids shall not be accepted

The prospective bidders are to submit earnest money in the form of a CDR / Bank draft I
Cashiers cheque of any scheduled bank @ 2% of the estimated ONIT cost. The contractors I bidders
shall produce the original 2% CDR I Bank draft j Cashiers cheque to the Executive Engineer. 2M
Building Division, Lahore / Tender Opening Committee accompanying the letter head on or before the
closing time of the bid, otherwise the online bids submitted will not be entertained. Conditional tenders
and tenders not accompanied with eamest money shall be rejected. The online submitted bids I tenders
will te opened on the website on fixed date and Ume in the office of the Commissioner Lahore Division,
Lahore by the respective Tenders Opening Committee (TOC) at-the above venue in the presence ot
intending contractors or their representatives having Power of Attorney and who opt to be present.

The procuring agency may reject allbids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance
of a bid or proposal as per PPRA Rules. The procuring agency shall upon request communicate refection
to any supplier or contractor who submitted or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids
proposals, but it is not required to justify those Årßunds.
