1. Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Wazirabad invites sealed tenders/bids for re tender of Janitorial
services from well reputed firms having established credentials in terms of technical, financial and managerial
capabilities for the purchase of following items on basis of PPRA rule 2014 and amendments their after,

4. Single staget two envelope bidding procedure as per clause 38(2)(a) of PPRA Rules 2014 and amendments their
after shall be appliedt through e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).
5. Bidding Document, in the English language, can be obtained/downloaded from EPADS/PPRA/CPEIC Website and
the interested bidders shall participate online throu@e- ak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) as per given
'Schedule. The original Bid and bid security equal estimated price in the Form of OR/ Demand
Draft / Pay Order, shall be delivered to the ÉfCbefore the closing time. Late Bids shall not be accepted by
the online system.
6. The Bids will be opened on the same day. t 11:30 AM.
7. CPEIC will not be responsible fora Stor expense incurred by Bidders about the preparation or delivery or
Electronic submission of Bids.
8. In case the date of opening Qas date of sale is declared as a public holiday by the government or nonworking
day due to any reason, th ext official working day shall be deemed to be the date of sale and submission and
opening of tenders accd¯dingly. The time and venue shall remain the same.
9. Note: All assessmentnnd procuring procedure i.e. receiving, opening and awarding etc, shall be governed by
the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014. In case of any conflict between Bidding Documents and PPRA Rules 2014/
the Rules shall prevail
10. All taxes will be applicable as per rules of Government of the Punjab.
11. Bid Validity Period: The quoted rates shall remain valid till 30.06.2025. Bid validity for a shorter
Period shall be rejected by the Procuring Agency as non-responsjve.
