INVITATION TO BID
for Outsourcing of Maintenance,
Operations and Overhauling
of Railway Power Vans along with DG Sets
Pakistan Railways intends to operate, maintain and
overhaul the power plants (Diesel Generating Units to
provide electricity to train sets) through Public Private
Partnership. In this connection, sealed bids are invited
under Two Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure (36-d) as
laid down in PPRA Rules, from the firms who are on the
Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue.
Only bids through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System
(EPADS) will be entertained. Bid security will be submitted
before closing of tender physically in tender box in the office
of Chief Electrical Engineer. Bidder will upload the complete
scanned copy of the bid in EPADS. Bidding documents,
containing detailed terms and conditions, can be
downloaded from https://eprocure.gov.pk free of cost.
