TENDER NOTICE FOR RENOVATION WORKS
AT PLRA HEAD OFFICE, LAHORE
The Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) intends to hire an engineering firm/contractar on
the item rates basis, as per PPRA E-Tendering system, in line with Punjab Procurement Rules
(PPR) 2014 (amended up to date). All the firms/contractors fulfilling following terms and
conditions may participate in tendering process:

relevant category/codes.
The procurement is to be out through EPADS website, All interested
Contractors/Firms has to be registered on (puniab.eprocure.gov.pk). Any
information/procedure regarding registration can be seen/obtained from website
ppra.punjab.gov pk/e-procurementl The bid must be submitted on EPAOS as per
date,'time mentioned below.
All interested Contractors/ Firms have to upload the eamest money in the form of
CDR'Bank 1' Draft / Cashiers Cheque issued from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor
of PLRA @ 2% of the estimated/bid cost and fill rates against items of work on the same
website up to half hour before the opening date and time of tender: However, original

will also be made against such firm/contractor for appropriate action/ black listing.
Manual Iconditional tenders telegraphic tenders i/' tenders by post will not be entertained.
Bidding shall be conducted according to "Single Stage Two Envelop Method" (Technical
and Financial bids) as prescribed under PPR-2014.
