Lease out of Parks
Gilgit Development Authority (GDA) intends to lease out following Parks on
long term lease basis for running as tourist spot/public park. These parks are
situated at a prime location of Gilg•t city, having a lucrative opportunity for

GDA invites sealed bids (Technical and Financial Proposal) (Single Stage Two
Envelops) from eligible and Government Registered individuals/ firms or parties
for the above projects. Interested individygls/ firms/ parties may obtain Bidding
Documents from GDA office during ffice hours upon the payment of non-
refundable fee of Rs.3000/- each, til
th September, 2024.
All bids must be accompanied with . Million Security or an equivalent amount
in a freely convertible currenC91 the form of bank guarantee on bid security
form or in the form of call'eposit and must be delivered to the office of the
"Director Land Developtf GDA, Yadgar Chowk, Gilgit" on or before 1100
