PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
BIOSAFETY CABINE
Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center, invites
electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E,
Pads) from Manufacturer/ Exclusive authorized Sole Distributor of
Foreign Manufacturer registered with the Sales Tax and income tax
department PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
(BIOSAFETY CABINET) for PKLI & RC Lahore for the Financial Year
2024-2025 on free delivery to Consignee's end basis i.e. PKLI&RC
Lahore.
Interested eligible bidders may get the Bidding Documents free of cost
from PKLI website https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/ with detailed
specifications. A tender notice is also available for information and can
be downloaded from the websites of wmq.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and
https:l/eprocure.gov.pk.
Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be applied. Bids
must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and
Disposal System (E-Pads). No hardcopy submissions will be
entertained. You must upload your bid by or before September 25,
2024, at 11 A.M. The bids shall be opened on the same day at 11 :30
A.M through E-Pad in the presence of the bidders.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security@2% PKR 80,430/- of
estimated cost against Complete Lot in the form of a Bank
Guarantee/CDRJDemand Draft or PaVOrder in favor of the Pakistan
Kidney and Liver Institute and Researph Center. This bid security must
be uploaded as required by the E-pad portal. Offers without this bid
security shall be rejected. Additionally, the original bid security must be
submitted to the address belowbn or before the closing date and time.
PKLI will not be responsiblé for any cost or expense incurred by bidders
in relation to the preparation or electronic submission of bids. A pre-bid
meeting will be held "September 13, 2024 in the conference room of
the Supply Chainpepartment at PKLI & RC Lahore at 11
In the event that édate of opening is declared a public holiday by the
non-working day for any reason, the next official
government
working day • Ibe considered as the new date for uploadingon E-pads
submissioond opening of tenders. The time and venue will remain
unchanged.
Note: All assessments and procurement procedures, including
uploading on E-Pads, downloading!receiving, opening, evaluating , and
awarding, shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014.
In case of any conflict between the bidding documents and the PPRA
Rules 2014, the rules shall revail.
