PROCUREMENT OF DIALYSIS DISPOSABLE &
CONSUMABLES FOR PKLI&RC RAWALPINDI
1. Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center, Rawalpindi
invites electronic bids through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System
from local Manufacturers/Sole Agents of Foreign
Manufacturers for the supply of "Dialysis Consumables" for the
Financial Year 20240025 on free delivery to Consignee's end basis i.e.
PKLI & RC Rawalpindi. Detailed technical specifications along with
quantities of Dialysis Consumables and place of delivery are given in the
Bidding Documents. The bidder must bid for entire/total quantity. Bid for
partial quantity will straiahtway be rejected.
2. Interested eligible biddörs may get the Bidding Documents free of cost
from PKLI website https://pkli.org.pkltenders/ with detailed
specifications. A tender notice is also available for information and can
be downloaded from the websites of www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and
https://eprocure.gov.pk.
3. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be applied. Bids
must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and
Disposal System (E-Pads). No hardcopy submissions will be
entertained. You have to upload your bid by or before September 26,
2024, at 11:00 A.M. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30
A.M through E-Pad in the presence ofthe bidders.
4. All bids must be accompanied by a fix bid security amounting to Rs.
146,073/- in the form of a Bank Guarantee/CDRlDemand Draft or Pay
Order in favor of the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research
Center. This bid security must be uploaded as required by the E-Pad
podal. Offers without this bid security shall be rejected. Additionally, the
original bid security must be ubmitted to the address below before the
closing date and time.
5. PKLlwill not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred bybidders
in relation to the preparatioh or electronic submission of bids. A pre-bid
meeting will be held September 16, 2024 in the conference room of
the Supply ChainDebartment atPKLl & RC Lahore at 11 :OOA.M.
6. In the event that the date of opening is declared a public holiday by the
government 9tSå non-working day for any reason, the next official
working davwill be considered as the new date for uploading on E-pads
submissvøo%ind opening of tenders. The time and venue will remain
unchanged.
7. Note: All assessments and procurement procedures, including
uploading on E-Pads, downloading/receiving, opening, evaluating , and
awarding, shall be govemed by the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014. In
case of any conflict between the bidding documents and the PPRA
Rules 2014, the rules shall revail.
