1. Bids are invited from the registered with income tax and sales tax
Department for PROCUREMENT OF FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT,
REFILLING OF FIRE EXTINGUISHERS AND PPE'S FOR PKLI
HOSPITAL.
2. Interested eligible bidders may get the Bidding Documents free of cost

1. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be applied. Bids
must be submitted Electronically (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal
System) by September 26,2024 at 11 A.M which will be opened on
same day at 11:30 A.M through E-Pads in presence of bidder. All Bids
must be accompanied by a Bid Sequrity in the form Of Bank
Guarantee/CDR/Demand DrafUPay Qqder in favourof Pakistan Kidney
and Liver Institute and Research cunter. This bid security must be
uploaded as required by the E-Päd portal. Offers without this bid
security shall be rejected. Additionally, the original bid security must be
submitted to the address below on or before the closing date and time.
2. PKLI will notbe responsib ftoranycostorexpense incurred by Bidders
about the preparation r elivery or electronic submission of Bids. Pre•
bid meeting will hél on 19-September-2024 in conference room,
PKLI at 11:00A.
3. In case the da!h fopenng or last date of sale is declared as a public
holiday by thQgovernment or non-working day due to any reason, the
next officiäßworking day shall be deemed to be the date of sale and
submissiblh and opening of tenders accordingly. The time and venue
shall remain the same.
Note: All assessments and procuring procedure i.e. receiving, opening and
awarding etc. shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules-
2014. In case of any conflict between Bidding Documents and PPRA
Rules 2014, the rules shall prevail.
