PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
MICROSCOPES, CENTRIFUGES AND CYTOSPIN
1. Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center, invites
electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-
Pads) from Manufacturer/ Exclusive authorized Sole Distributor of
Foreign Manufacturer registered with the Sales Tax Department and
income tax department for PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL
EQUIPMENT (MICROSCOPES, CENTRIFUGES AND CYTOSPIN))
for PKLI&RC Lahore for the Financial Year 2024-2025 on free delivery
to Consignee's end basis i.e. PKLI & RC Lahore.
2. Interested eligible bidders may get the Bidding Documents free of cost
from PKLI website https:/lpkli.org.pk/tendersl with detailed
specifications. A tender notice is also available for information and can
be downloaded from the websites of www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and
https://eprocure.gov.pk.
3. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be applied. Bids
must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and
Disposal System (E-Pads). No hardcopy submissions will be
entertained. You have to upload your bid by or before September 26,
2024, at 11 A.M. The bids shall be opened on the same day at 11:30
AM through E-Pad in the presence ofthe bidders.
4, All bids must be accompanied bya bid security@2% ofestimated cost
against each quoted Lot in the form of a Bank Guarantee/CDR/Demand
Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute
and Research Center. This bid security must be uploaded as required
by the E-Pad portal. Offers withoui.this bid security shall be rejected.
Additionally, the original bid secukity must be submitted to the address
below on or before the closinjdate and time.
5. PKLI will not be responsibl?forany costorexpense incurred by bidders
in relation to the prepar„ation or electronic submission of bids. A pre-bid
meeting will be heldppSeptember 17, 2024 in the conference room of
the supply at PKLI & RC Lahore at 11 :OOA. M.
6. In the event that hd date of opening is declared a public holiday by the
non-working day for any reason, the next Official

7. Note: All assessments and procurement procedures, including
uploading on E-Pads, downloadinglreceiving, opening, evaluating, and
awarding, shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014.
In case of any conflict between the bidding documents and the PPRA
Rules 2014 the rules shall revail.
