TENDER NOTICE
Thc tenders for the following schemes are invited from Engineering
firms/contractors on the item ratesbasis, as per PPRA E-Tendering System, inline with
relevant PPRA Rules (amended up to date). Accor'ding to these Rules,the entire
firms/contractors can participate in tendering process with following terms and
conditions:-
1. The intending Contractors/ Firms who have been registered withPakistan
Engineering Council in thc relevant category/ codes may participate having valid
registration.

can be seen/ obtained from website ppra.punjab.gov.pk/e-procurement.
All intending contractors/ firms have to upload the earnest money in the form of
CDR in favour of thc Executive Engineer @2% of the estimated/ bid cost and fill
rates against items of work on the same website upto half hour before the opening
date and time of opening of tender. However, original CDR has to be submitted to
the tender opening committee on the same day, half hour before the opening of bids
otherwise, the firm/ contractor will be disqualified in presence of tender opening
committee.
After filling the bids on website, contractors rnay attend the office of Commissioner
on 24/09/2024 at 12:30 Phil, where all bids will be retrieved and quoted
the presence of Tender Opening
rates/ successful bidder will be announce
