specified in Tender Documents shall hav beSubmittedalong with bid. However, if any bidder opts to submit Bank Guaranty,
itmusthaveanexpirydateofatleast6 onthsfromthedateofbidopening.Othemise, bid shall be rejected.
Bid Security must be enclosed in separate sealed envelope along with tender, with name of work clearly mentioned on the
envelope.

and name ofworkshall be cle rly mentioned on the envelope.
Rates shall be written and words in separate columns, In case of conflict in figures and words, the rate quoted in words
shall prevail,
Competent authority jectanyorall bids/ proposals at anytime priortoacceptanceofbidorproposal,
Tender will not be issued or accepted by Post/ Courier/ Telegraphic means.
Tender Evaluation Committee reserves the right to demand the analysis of quoted rates to check their reasonability and workability.
Incomplete proposal/ bid may not be entertained and shall be treated as non-responsive,
