NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad invites applications through EPADS from the
Contractors/ Firms for invitation of bids, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
under C-6 category valid upto 30th June, 2025 for the following project as per PPRA Rules:

The bidding documents can be downloaded from http://eprocure.gov.pk and PSBts
website www.sports.gov.pk.
The applications should be submitted through EPADS alongwith all information/ financial
proposals and bidding documents and in accordance with the instructions to the bidders:
i)
Application on the company's letter head containing Name, Address,
Telephone/Fax, Email address & branches office, if any,
Details / proof of National Tax Number/ firm on ATL and Registration with PEC.
iii) Affidavit on judicial stamp paper, duly notarized to the effect that the firm has not
been blacklisted and not in litigation with any government / autonomous agency.
The bid should meet the following criteria: i-

The bid security / earnest money equivalent to 2% of the quoted bid price shall be
submitted in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR in favour of Director General,
Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad on any working day during office hours.
In case of a bid/rate quoted by the bidder more than 10% below engineer estimate,
the additional bid security in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR in favour of
Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad shall be sought from the
successful bidder only up to the extent of a bid below 100/0 in the form of CDR/Pay
Order. In such an event, t q successful bidder shall be bound to produce the
additional bid security
in seven (07) days from the issuance of letter of
acceptance failing whic e Client/ Procuring Agency shall forfeit the bid security
of the successful bidder-and may initiate legal action against the bidder.

The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per
PPRA Rule No. 33.
