Invitation for bids
Management of Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital Rahim Yar Khan, invites sealed bids
itenders from the eligible bidders i.e. manufacturer association of firms/eompanies/Sole
proprietor/ general order suppliers/ JVs, registered with relevant Registration Authorities and
Tax Departments/ Authorities (Income Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc, the
procurement of below mentioned tenders for financial year 2024-25.

DETAIL OF SALE AND RECEIPT OF TENDER
Interested bidders may get the bidding documents from procurement section of this institution
on submission of written application along with payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.2,000/-
(two thousand only) of each tender, as per schedule given below during working hours only,
immediately after the publication Of this advertisement. a copy Of the bidding documents/

The bidder shall furnish a bid security of 20/0 of estimated cost Of each tender in the
form of call deposit receipt (CDR) in the name of the Principal, Sheikh Zayed
Medical College/llospitål. Rahim Yar Khan (Refundable) in Pak rupees in financial
bid and copy of CDR must attach with technical bid otherwise the bid will be rejected.
Sealed bids are to be brought in person by the authorized representative of the
interested bidders on proposed dates up-to 10:30 am and will be opened on the same
day at I I am in the committee room of this institute in the presence of the bidders or
their authorized representatives. BidS received after due time will not be entenained.
PPRA rules 2014 along-with all amendments will be followed.
Rates should be on F.O.R. basis as free delivery to the consignee's end in Pak rupees.
