TENDER NOTICE
Pakistan Institute of Fashion & Design (PIFD) Lahore, solicits sealed written proposals in
accordance with the Public Procurement Rules-2004 36 (b) based upon single stage two
envelope bidding procedure. Interested parties/ bidders must submit their proposals as
per PPRA rules and regulations for the
TENDER FOR
PROCUREMENT OF COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND LAPTOPS
(PIFD/TENDER/2024-25/025)
• Tendering will be in two separate envelops clearly marked as Technical Proposal
and Financial Proposal respectively as per rules
• Tender documents may be purchased on submission of written request at
the cost of Rs, 1,000/- (non-refundable) from the Treasurer Office at the
address given below within office hours (09:00am to 04:00pm) except
Saturdays and Sundays.
• The Biddersare requiredtosubmittheir bid o line on EPADS(e-PakAcquisition
& Disposal System) https://eprocure.gov.p and also a hard copy prepared in
accordance with the instructions bidding documents to the address
mentioned below on or before September 23rd, 2024 at 11:00am without failure
otherwise bid will be rejected.
• Tender will be opened on Fh
me day at 11:30 am. At the first stager only
technical proposals will b
ned, where-as Financial proposals of technically
qualified firms will bee ed at second stage. Tenders submitted late will not
be considered.
• In case of holiday, eeding of the tenderwill be conducted on next working day.
• Black listed
panies or the companies involved in litigation will not be
entertaine

PIFD website www.pifd.edu.pk
• PIFD reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids as per PPRA Rules.
