1. Offers/Bids are invited under Public Procurement Regulations of "Disposal of
Pubic Assets Regulations 2024"for disposal of vehicles of Civic Centre
Company (Pvt.) Limited a subsidiary of National Insurance Company Limited
(Owned by the Government of Pakistan) on "AS IS WHERE IS" basis.
2. Bids should be submitted on EPADS on https://eprocure.qov.pk Bids
received physically i.e. by post or by hand shall not be accepted and rejected.
3. A separate Bid for each vehicle should be submitted and the highest quoted
bid shall be considered as successful.
4. Bid Security (refundable) in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft in the
name of Civic Centre Company (Pvt.) Limited along with clear readable copy of
CNIC must be delivered to the address above. A separate Pay Order for each
vehicle should be submitted. (Pay orders can be submitted on any of above
locations of NICL).

Company may reject all offers at any time prior to acceptance of bid.
