QUOTATION NQTICE
Bids for the hiring of thc mowing Items are invited from Companies/Sole
proprietonrgeneral order service providers/Suppliers (JVS if applicable) etc., engaged in
trading, registered with Pakistan Engineerirg Council and relevant Registration Authorities
and Tax DepartmentS/Authatities(lnccme Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.) in
accordance with PPRA Rules.2014 and PLGW Rules 2017. The rates will be acceptable
upto aom2025 for the financial year 2024-2025. The contractor Shall submit bids
separately for Tehsil Toba TCk Singh, Gojra. Kamalia and Pirmahil especial* for removing
I lifting of solid waste heaps garbage and is bound to provide the items on the rates
quoted by him in the whole year as and when demanded by the department, According to
the Rules the can participate in tendering/biddlng process With the

After filing the bids on website; the intending Contractors/Firms/Bidders may

Recovery against credit of old material wil be adjusted manually and
according bids will be evaluated.
If the bidder quoted lowest rates are more than 5% the estimated cost. the
lowest bidder shall bound to deposit additional Performance Security from
the Schedule bank under the PLGW Rules and PPRA Rules
The bidders should submit E•bids through E-Pad System, The E-BidS
Shall be received for each Tehsil wise separately in DisttiCt Toba Tek Singh
as per single stage single envelope procedures for the following as detailed
