OUOTATION NOTICE
The quotation for the following event is invited from Engineering
firms/contractors/bidders on the item rates basis, as per PPRA E-Tendering system,
online with relevant PPRA Rules (amended up to date). According to these Rules, all the
firms/contractors/bidders can participate in quotation process with following terms &
conditions:-

The Intending Contractors/Firms/bidders who have valid registration with
Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes or all bidders
register with FBR and other Tax Departments are eligible to participate.
The Contractors/fims/bidders have to be registered on Punjab PPRA website
(www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Any information/ procedure regarding
registration can be seen/obtained from website PPRA Punjab.gov.pk/e-
procurement.
All intending contractors/ firms/bidders have to upload the earnest money in the
form of CDR in favour of the Chief Officer District Council Sheikhupura @5% of
the estimated/ bid cost and fill rates against items of work on the same website
upto half hour before the opening date and time of opening Of quotation,
However, original CDR has to be submitted
quotation opening committee
on the same day, half hour before th oøening of bids otherwise, the
firms/contractor/bidders will be disqualifie n presence of quotation opening
committee.
After filling the bids on website,
firms/bWers may attend the office
of the Chief Officer District Council-Sheikhupura on 2', at 12:00PM,
where all bids will be retrieved arid quoted rates/successful bidder will be
announced in the presence of Quotaton Opening Committee.
In case of submission of a ke Information/document such as CDR/receipt,
the Contractor/Fjrm/bid
