E-TENDERING NOTICE
communication & Works Department, Buildings Divislon Sargodha intends to tender out the following hemes I
vide Notification 149/2023/3652 dated 2605.2023.
All Contractors who ate registered with Pakistan Engineering Council {PEC) in relevant category or Above can participate in
open gendering System, Procurement procedure strictly is adopted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (with uptodite
amendments). Contractors can participate In E•Tendering after fulfilling following terms & conditions:
i) Contractor may register firm on website https,i//punjab.eprocure.gov.pk, by submitting their requisite formation,
ii) After registration on E•Tendering website https.'//punjab.eprocure80v.pk, contractor of eligible categories may
participate in E•Tendering,
iii) Contraclor/bidder has to upload scanned copies of Call Deposit Receipt 2% of the estimated cost of any
scheduled bank, Original CDR must be submitted to the office of undersigned on tender opening date before
closing time. Contractor has to quote online percentage rates on below or above basis up to 26092024 at
01:00 PM after receiving B.O.Q of the scheme available at website, The rates quoted online by the contractor will
be downloaded from website and will be announced on same date at 01:30 PMi
iv) Tender will opened in the office of Commissloner, Sargodha Division Sargodha in the presence of Tenders
Opening Committee and contractors or their representative by using E•procurement portal of only those
applicants who are clear in scrutiny of documents, no provisional applications will be acceptable.
v) All the contractors participating in gendering will be bound to submit their Original CDRs, with letter heads in
the office of the undersigned, Otherwise, the contractor will be declared as disqualified in the presence ofTendet
Opening Committee.
vi) In case of false information, fake CDRJ the contractor will be liable to be disqualified as per PPRA Rules and will
not be eligible to participate in upcoming tenders of C&W/ Government of the Punjab. Further, his case will be
forwarded to PEC and PPRÅ for Initiation of Strict legal Action.
vii) All Contractors have to submit performance bank guarantee as per contract agreement and rules of finance
Department within 15 days after opening of the tender, Lowest bidder will have to upload the CDR or Bank
Guarantee on the website & will submit the original CDR/Bank Guarantee in the office of undersigned, otherwise
the tender of the lowest bidder will stand cancelled & earnest money will be forfeited in favour of the
Government.
viii) The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any bidder, the grounds for its rejection of al bids or
proposals, but shall not be required to justify those grounds,
