The tenders for the following schemes are invited from Engineering firms contractors on the item
rates percentage basis. as per PPRA E-Ten•dering System on EPADS web site, in line with PPRA Rules
(amended upto date), According to these Rules all the relevant frms 1' contractors can participate

The intending Contractors/Firms who are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant
categcry 'codes vÜ for F.Y 2024-25 can participate in E-tenoenng through EPAOS Punjab website.
The interested Contractors] Firms have to be registered on EPADS Punjab Website
(https:neprocure.gov.pk).Any information/ procedure regarding registration can be seen/ obtained from
website (ppta.punjabvgov.pk/e-pnxurement).
AJI contractors firms have to upload the earnest money in the form Of COR pay Order in
favour of the Executive Engineer Highway Division Narowal @2% of the estimatedjbid cost and fill rates
against items of wack on the same website upto 1:30 PM on or before 24.092024 from the date of
publication Of thiS tender. However. original CDR has to be subtntted to the tender opening committe
on the same day. half hour before the closing frne of subrnission of bids. Otherwise. the firm/contractor
Will be disqualified in presence Of tender opening commitee.
After filling the bids on website. contractors may attend the office of Superintendir•.g Engineer, Highways
Circlöi Gujranwala on 24/09/2024 at 02:30PM. where all bidS will be downloaded and quoted rates WiM
be announced in the presence Of Tender Opening Committee/Contactors.
In case of submission of any fake information/document such as COR Pay Order. Contractor/ Firm
wul be disqualified from the tendering procedure and will be black listed to participate any tendering
process of C&W Departrrtent. Further recommemiation to PPRA and PEC WiM also be made against
such firm/ contractor for appropriate action/ black
