2. The Contractors/Firms has to be gtstered on Punjab PPRA
website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Any information/
procedure regarding registration *can be seen I Obtained from
website
3. After uploading of Psequalification Document on website,
contractors may attend the *Office Of the Chief Engineer (North)
Punjab Highway Department Lahore on 20/09/2024 at 14:30 PSTL
where all document*"" Ibe retrieved from website and scrutinize by
ommittee Notified by the Chief Engineer

4. In case of Submission of any fake information/document, the
Contractorerm will be disqualified from the cu tendering
procedur and will be black listed to participate in any procurement
proces Department. Further recommendation to PPRA
and PEC will also be made against such firm/contractor for
appropriate action/ black listing,
5, Theaprocuring agency may reject all bids or proposal at any time
Otior to acceptance of a Bid or proposals under PPRA Rule-35
of Prequalification)
6. The rejected firms may also approach Grievances Redressal
Committee via E•PAD within 03 days after the intimation, the
decision of Grievances Redressal Commtttee will be considered
final and non challengeable to any forum.
