The tender will be performed by adopting Single Stage two envelope bidding procedure as pet PPRA rules 2014. Tendering documents should contain Technical and Financial Proposals separately accompanied with bid security procedure. The tender will be uploaded upto 24-09-2024 at 01:00 PM and the Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM by the tender opening committee in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives, who opt to attend; and whereas the Financial Bids will be open after evaluation of techriical hids by the competent authority. The date of opening of financial bids will be announced on same day i.e 21-09•2024. 3. The contractor/fitms are also bound to submit original bids and CDRs in the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Kasur Forest Division; Changa Manga before opening time of tender. 4. There must be no cutting/amendment in the bid quoted by the contractors through electronic system no telephonic{conditional tender and without earnest money will be entertained. 5.
