E-PAD TENDER NOTICE
The tenders based on items rates are hereby invited, for the works mentioned below
from the contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2024-26
as per PPRA E-Tendering system in line with PPRA Rules (amended updated). According to
these rules all the relevant firms/contractor can in tendering process with
fOllowing term and conditions.
The interested contractors/Firms have to be registered on Punjab PPRA
website (www.punjab eprocure.gov.pk) Any information/procedure regarding registration can
be seen l' obtained from website (ppra.punjab gov.pk/e•procurement}.
2.
The tender will be performed by adopting Single Stage two envelope bidding
procedure as pet PPRA rules 2014. Tendering documents should contain Technical and
Financial Proposals separately accompanied with bid security procedure. The tender will be
uploaded upto 24-09-2024 at 01:00 PM and the Technical Bids will be opened on the same
day at 02:00 PM by the tender opening committee in the presence of intending contractors or
their representatives, who opt to attend; and whereas the Financial Bids will be open after
evaluation of techriical hids by the competent authority. The date of opening of financial bids
will be announced on same day i.e 21-09•2024.

The contractor/fitms are also bound to submit original bids and CDRs in the
office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Kasur Forest Division; Changa Manga before opening
time of tender.
4.
There must be no cutting/amendment in the bid quoted by the contractors
through electronic system no telephonic{conditional tender and without earnest money will be
entertained.
5.
All the intending contractors/firm
to upload the eamest money in the
form of CDR in favour of the Divisional Forest Office, Kasur Forest Division, Changa Manga
@ 5% of the estimated cost as per rule 27 of P'PFÅ Rules, 2014 and fill rates against items of
vork on the same website upto on hour *fore the opening date and firm of opening of
tender. However, original CDR has to be sübhitted to the tender opening committee on the
same one hour before the opening of bidethe
nhse, the firm/contractor will be disqualified on
presence of tender opening committee
6.
In case of submi on of any fake information/document such as
CDRfreceipt. Further recommendation to PPRA and PEC will also be made against such firm
/ contractor for appropriate actiorVbIåck listing.
The procuring agency reserves the rights to reject all bids or proposal at any
