All intending contractors/ have to upload the earnest in the fortn af
CDR in Savour of the Executive Engineer the estimated/ bid cost and 011
rates against items 01 work on the same website upto half hour t:efore the opening
date and tilne of opening of tender. However, original CDR has to be submitted to
the tender opening committee on the same day. half hour before the opening of bids
