TENDER NOTICE (FRAMEWORK CONTRACT) FINANCIAL 2024-25
Police Department (CCPO Office) invites E-BIDS based on (Frame work contract) from well
reputed and financially sound firms or companies etc registered with relevant registration Authorities
and Tax Departments (income tax, Sales Tax as well as Punjab Sales Tax (Where applicable) and
Professional Tax, through open competitive bidding for the financial year 2024-25 in following head of

E-Bids would be opened on 11:30 AM in accordance with PPRA Rule
30 (1) in presence of bidders or their representatives.
All the Procurements will be made by using electronic means through EPADS under Rule 12
of PPRA and Section 5 of Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022, The bidding
documents containing all terms & conditions, requirements, specifications etc, can be downloaded
from PPRA i.e. http://ppra.puniab.qoy.pk and EPADS website i.e. http:lL?unÉh:procureAQYd.
Bidding Documents in accordance with Rule 25(2) are available under Rule 25(1) free of cost
on PPRA Website and EPADS in accordance with sub regulation-4 of Punjab Procurement
Regulation 2022. In case of public holiday due to any reason, the date of receivinq and opening the
tenders will be considered the next working day.
Item wise E-bids shall comprise a single package containing Financial Bid (inclusive of all taxes) and
in complete conformity with Bidding Document must be submitted online on E-Procurement system
(E-PADS) Website as per following schedule:-

The bidders shall submit original Bid ecurity 2% of the estimated cost as provided under
Rule 27 of PPRA 2014, Chapter-V in an envelope clearly marked with bidding document
number and title, It must be iOKape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order of any
scheduled bank in favour of é2tCPOr Lahore before the E-Bid submission deadline.
The procuring Agency resees the rights to reject all E-Bids or proposals at any time prior to the
acceptance of E-Bids under Rule 35 of PPRA The procuring agency shall upon
request communicat@o any bidder, the grounds for its rejection of all E•Bids or proposals, but shall
not be required to-ustify those grounds.
The Tenderin@process / Conditions will be as per Punjab Procurement Rule, 2014, Section
Stage One Envelope" as explained in E-Biddjng Documents.
Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other documents are mentioned in E-Bidding
documents must accompany the bid, Taxes will be deducted as per the Government instructions.
E-Bid validity will end with the closure of Financial Year I.e.
Late comers will not be allowed to participate in the Tenders
