Sealed envelope for the under mentioned work is invited from Eligible Firms/Contractors in accordance with
KPPRA procurement rules 2014 on single stage two envelop. The contractors/firms must be registered
(renewed/active status) with (i) Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)in relevant category and code (ji) Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and (iii) Provincial Enlistment Committee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bid solicitation documents can be obtained from the office of undersigned on any working day from the
date of publication of this advertisement jn the newspaper till the last date of submission of bidding
documents.
The interested firms/contractors must submit technical bid and financial bid in separate sealed
envelope, clearly marked as Technical Proposal & Financial Proposal.
A Pre-bid meeting will be held on 09-09-2024 at 11 A.M. in the Office of the undersigned, located in
the premises of PHE Divisional Office (XEN PHE) Abbottabad.
Technical proposal must contain information as required/ explained in Bid Solicitation documents.
Financial bids shall be submitted electronically through E-Biddjng not later than 20.09.2024 up to
11:30 A.M. The Technical Proposal shall be opened by Procurement Committee in the presence of
Fjrms/Contractors, or their authorized representatives who opt to be present, on the same day at
12:00 PM. While Financial Bids of techn@ly qualified Firms/Contractors shall be opened in the
presence of Firms/ Contractors after cCmpleting evaluation of technical bids. Date of financial bid
opening will be intimated accordingl
Non Refundable Bidding Entry fee 0.03% is required in the shape of separate CDR of the tender cost
as notified by Section Officer (CUIdential) Chief Minister's Secretariat Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar
vide No. dated 05.049021.
vii. The envelop marked as
ial Proposal shall contain the bid security, tender form fee and additional
security (if required)

otherwise the bid considered as "nn-responsive". An affidavit is mandatory in the Technical bid
that the bid securitiand additional security (if required) is placed in the financial bid.

ix. The CDR & Additional Security (if any) shall be returned to unsuccessful bidder after approval of the
lowest bid/tender by the competent authority.
x. All other terms and conditions shall remain intact as per guideline and rules framed by Provincial
Government as updated from time to time and as mentioned in the Bid solicitation document.
