MACHINERY ON RENT BASIS
District Council Vehari intends to hire machinery for solid waste management initiated
by Government of Punjab under "Suthra Punjab" to provide best municipal services to people in its
locality of District Vehari, sealed quotations are required from firm/vcnders registered with Federal
Board of Revenue (FBR) NTN/GST for the items described below for the financial year 2024-25
through E-•PADs (https://eprocure.gov.pk/). Detail of machinery is as under:-

Interested parties are required to submit their quotations with Technical and Financial proposals (two
envelops sing/e step) in separate envelope up to 25/09/2024 at 12:00 PM and Technical Proposals
Wii/ be opened at 12:30 on the same day by authorized committee in presence of Firms / Venders vr

According to PP Rufe 35, the procuring agency may reject at/ bids or proposals at any time prior to
the accepta
fa bid or proposal. The _procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any
bidder, the grounds for ttS rejection of a// bids or proposals, but sha// not be requireä to justify those
grounds.
The procuring Agency has the right 'to increase or decrease the quantity of any items before and after
issuance of supply order. The decision of the Procuring Agency will be final and not be challenged in
any court of law.

Rates offered by the firm / vender will be applicable for the whole financial year 2024-25
