TENDER NOTICE
Tenders for the following schemes are invited from Engineering firms/contractors
on item rate basis, as per PPRA E-Tendering System, inline with relevant PPRA
Rules (amended upto date). According to these Rules, all the firms/contractors can
participate in tendering process with the following terms and conditions:

The intending contractors/firms who have been registered with Pakistan
Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes may participate.
The contractors/firms have to be registered on Punjab PPRA website
(www.punjab.eprocure.qov.pk). Any info rmation/procedure regarding registration
can be seen/obtained from website ppra.punjab.gov.pk/e-procurement
All intending contractors/firms have to upload the earnest money in the form
of CDR in favour of the Executive Engineer Road Construction Division
Rawalpindi @2% of the estimated/bid cost and fill rates against items of work
on the same website upto half hour before the opening date and time of opening
of tender. However, original CDR has to be submitted to the Tender Opening
Committee on the same day, half hour before the opening of bids; otherwise,
the firm/contractor will be disqualified in presence of Tender Opening Committee.
After filling the bids on website, the contractors will attend the office of the
Commissioner Rawalpindi Division, Rawalpindi on 1 i -09-2024 at 02:30 PM
where all bids will be retrieved and quoted rates/successful bidder will be
announced in presence of Tender Opening Committee.
In case of submission of any fake Information/document such as CDR/receipt,
the contractor/firm will be disqual fied from the cu tendering procedure
and will be blacklisted to art pate in any tendering process of C&W
Department. Further, the recvnmendation to PPRA and PEC will also be made
against such firm/contract or appropriate action/blacklisting.
The Procuring Agency cmay reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to
acceptance of a bid or 8posal under PPRA Rule-35 (Rejection of Bids).

Recovery agai0it redit of old material will be adjusted manually and accordingly
the bids will
evaluated.
