With reference to the advertisement published on August
27, 2024 under the above title in Daily Dawn, Daily Jang
and on PPRAs website.
Item No. 01 of the Invitation to Bid, is to be read as
"Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works Limited
(KS&EW) invites sealed bids on "Single Stage Two
Envelope" procedure from eligible firms or persons,
licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the
category of C2t having experience in marine-related works,
with specialization code CE-03 for the orks.tt
Item No. 04 of the Invltatjon to B s to be read as
bids (Technical) must be accompa jed by a Bid Security in
the form of a Pay Order, issuedfrom a scheduled bank of
Pakistan of the amount OOO (PKR Eight Million)
valid for a period of 28 {pys, beyond the Bid Validity date
issued and must be deyvéred to the office of the Project

September 2024. Technical Bids will be opened at
1430 hours,. he same day, in the presence of bidders
representa I es, who wish to attend The Financial Bids of

the technically-rejected bidders will be retumed unopened.
