WORKS OF DRY DOCKS EXTENDED
QUAY WALLS AT KS&EW
1. The Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works Limited
(KS&EW) invites sealed bids on Single Stage Two
Envelope procedure for project Repairs
Contractual Works of Dry Docks Extended Quay Walls at
KS&EWB from eligible national constructors/ firms having
valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
in category C-2 and above-
2. Interested firms may obtain Bidding Documents on
written request and on payment of non-refundable amount
of Pak Rupees Six Thousand in the form of
Pay Order issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan drawn
in favor of i'Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works"
Bidding documents may be collected from office of the
KS&EW, West Wharf Dockyard Road, Karachi
from 0900 hours to 1600 hours on working days.
3. Bids must be accompanied with Bid ecurity in favor of
"Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Wor Limited (KS&EW)"
amounting to Pak Rupees
ne Million only
(Rs NOOO,OOO/-) in the form 0 Order by Scheduled
Bank in Pakistan valid for a p nod of 28 days beyond the
Bid Validity date issued Bi without bid security will be
rejected.
4. The bids are to be ubmitted In the office of GM(S&CW)
Karachi Shipyard
gineering Works Limited (KS&EW)
by 17th September 2024 at 1100 hours, The
Technical Bid?'iif be opened on the same day at 1130
hours in th presence of bidder's representatives who wish
to atten
e Financial Bids of the technically qualified
firms will be opened on the date and time intimated in due
course. The Financial Bids of the technically rejected
bidders will be retumed unopened
5 KS&EW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
bids as per Rule-33 of PPRA Rules - 2004, Bids received
after due date and time shall not be entertained.
