NOTICE OF TENDERS
The office of HQ DGW&CE (Army) GHQ Rawalpindi invites sealed tender for the under
mentioned works in the light of PPRA Rules 13 (1) of 2004:-

The contractors are required to submit their applications HQ DGW&CE (Army) GHQ
Rawalpindi for issuance of tender documents alongwith the complete credentials as shown at
(Serial No. 8). The applications shall be scrutinized a
he tender documents witl only be
issued to the firms who have sufficient experience in thesre evant field and satisfy other special
conditions required for the job and area. The tenders must be received in the office of accepting
officer by the 13 Sep 2024 till 1130 hours
•II be opened at 1200 hours on the same
date.
NOTE:-Contractors shall provide certifitå€e at they are not involved in any type of litigation
with Government Department in a
Law and that no special report of Directorate of
inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C'
h GHQ) is outstanding against them
3 All contractors will certi
riting that they are registered with Pakistan Engineering
Council (PEC) in the relevapt .tegory and will submit a copy of their registration. Contractors
not registered with PECa iheligible to apply

Contractors bor e on approved list of MES in Category A' and 'B' and also having
experience Of this tyes ould only apply.
5. Desirous
ractors may be present at the time of opening of tenders.
6. The acce •ng officer reserves the right to accept or reject the tender. Rejected tenders
will be dealt with as per Para 33 (i) of PPRA Rules.
7. The interested parties can contact CMES concerned / authorized representative for
further details from 0800 to 1500 hours on all working days.
