11-09-2024. Purchasing manual tender forms is compulsory. No application for tenders will be
received after schedule dated and time.
2. Only firms/ contractors enlisted/ connected with PPRA on E-PADS Software as vendors are eligible
to give bid and purchase bidding documents.
3. Bidder's Application should be accompanied with the bid Securi
rnest Money in the shape of Pay
order / Deposit at Call (CDR) clearly indicating the Name of i issued by local scheduled bank in
bank account only. Cash / Cheque or open CDR withouti%icating name of firm and applications
without Bid Security / Earnest Money will not be acpepled lor issuance of tender / bidding document.
The prospective bidders will also upload scanned cop/ of Bid Security / CDR on E-PADS.
4. Tender / bids will be opened in the office of Director E&M (Maint) CDA, located at Room No.5 "P"
Block Pak Sectt Building Islamabad on sche!ålédate and time mentioned above.
5. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at
http:/eprocure.gov.pk on or before tender opening date & time. Original bids in accordance with the
provisions of PPRA Rule 36(a) andoth ierms & Conditions as defined in the bidding documents must
be submitted manually in the offic of }'0irector Mechanical-II. CDA, located at Room No.l "Q" Block

6. The eligibility criteria of firmthaving relevant experience and at least 03 No. of relevant work orders in
last two financial years will be bbserved before issuance of tender documents.
7. The prospective bidd re also required to submit an undertaking on Stamp Paper duly attested by
notary public wortli less than Rs.50/, that the firm/ contactor are neither involved in any litigation
nor black listed y government, Semi government or autonomous body in Pakistan and also
undertakes thar any information or document provided by firm for issuance of tender document is
found incoriéet Or fictitious that firm is liable for disqualification and legal action under the law.
8. CDA can reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal and
conditional bids will be rejected at the spot as per PPRA rules.
9. The Bid Security / Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be retained in the custody of Account
Section, Mechanical -II CDA, and will be released after acceptance of bid in favor of successful firm /
contractoc
10. In case of any Gazetted / Occasional Holiday(s), the tenders will be opened on the next working day.
11. Tender Notice & BOQ can be seen & downloaded from both CDA website www.cda.gov.pk and PPRA
website www.ppra.com.pk including E-PADS Software.
