Procedure) from well experienced construction firms / contractors
for CONSTRUCTION OF FACULTY RESIDENCE BLOCK at GIK
Institute, Topi. (6 fiats / Ground + 2)
Eligibility / Participation criteria for work:
Description
Valid Registration Certificate with Pakistan Engineering Council' in
relevantcategory, C-4 & above.
Affidavit/Undertaking regarding non-blacklisting by any public/
private agency. Any firm/entity blacklisted at the time of submitting
its bid is ineligible to participate in the bidding process.
Relevant experience certificates/ work orders with list of projects
completed during the last five years and certificates of ongoing
projects.
Detailed BOQ, drawings ånd other te
nd conditions can be
downloaded from GIK website (Maww e.•clu.pk). Tender Fee cash
(Non-Refundable) is Rs. 3,000/-
Sealed bids along with 2% earnestnoney / Bid security of the total
bid cost in the name of 'SOCiety for Promotion of Engineering
Sciences and Technology (SOPREST)' should reach on or before
1100 hours on 09 Sep 2024„The proposals will be opened in the
presence of available bidders at 1130 hours on the same day in
the Conference roo

the eligibility criteria is not made. Client reserves the right to reject or
accept any or all tenders considering relevant rules & procedures
